Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken breast, chopped
- 2 potatoes, diced (i used 5 small potatoes)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes, canned
- 15 ounces lima beans, canned, drained
- 14 3/4 ounces creamed style corn, canned
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (i used A-1 steak sauce)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 8 slices bacon (i cooked in a frying pan and then drained and chopped)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper sauce
Directions
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker except bacon and pepper sauce.
- Cover; cook on Low 8-10 hours or High 3-4 hours.
- Stir in bacon and pepper sauce before serving. (i served it over rice)
I can't wait to try this! Please tell me that lima beans are good in this.
